Mind your Thinking Pattern

There is nothing absolutely wrong in working with “big companies”, being a civil servant or even going abroad. What is wrong is the motive that they are secure and you don’t have anything driving you as to problems you discovered a need to solve. All these are a product of lazy, disjointed, or poor thinking and orientation. Nigeria has a lot of problems and it is those that solve these problems that will eventually become great. Think of what will happen to the person that will give us a solution to PHCN failure, bad water, etc. If you think that you cannot make it unless you work in a bank, oil company or even travel abroad then you are of all men most miserable. “For as a man thinks so is he”
See the problem as an Opportunity

I heard a story of two foreigners that visited a foreign city. One of the most populated countries in the world and at that time there was extreme poverty in that city. The people usually walked bare footed around to do their domestic and other jobs. One of these friends said what kind of dirty, poor and disgusting people are these. The other one said to himself if he could go back to his country and make cheap shoes and import, these people would buy. After they went back he went to a shoe cobbler to produce some samples foot wares and took it there, before you know it, he finished his products. That was how he went back imported more and more until he became a major importer of shoes. While the other friend sat and complained.
The way you see problems will definitely determine how great you will become. See every problem as a challenge to task your brain and you will see those problems becoming opportunities. All great men like Bill Gates of Microsoft, Steve Jobs of Apple computers, Mark Zuckerburg of Facebook, Warren Buffet, Mike Adenuga, Alhaji Aliko Dangote and many others are rich and famous because they are solving mega problems. Think of how Mike Adenuga brought Globacom to Nigeria and solved our age long GSM problems.
